We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or concerning your orders.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page. Credit Card information transmitted via phone or fax is destroyed immediately upon completion of transaction.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
All shipping costs that are calculated on our website are for the largest item. Your actual shipping cost will be adjusted once your order is received. Adjustments are typically within +/-10% for orders that require a large box. This applies to both domestic and international orders. All orders will be shipped with FedEx or USPS depending on the item. Orders will ship within 48 hours or receipt. If an order is to be canceled, it should be within this 48 hour period.
Credit and Returns Policy
All returns must be in NEW CONDITION. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging. All components, manuals, and accessories must be included. We have to be able to resell the item “as new” in order to issue a credit. Tires should not have been mounted. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Do not return items without notifying us first via confirmed phone or email. Items arriving here without return authorization will be refused and returned at customer’s expense.
All returned merchandise must be in new condition and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unless we’ve personally spoken to you and have made alternate arrangements, you will receive a refund less 20% of your sale price upon receipt and inspection of the item. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways and any difference in item price. We will process returns as soon as possible.
MotoAmore LLC Product Return Procedure
To return a product, please follow these steps:
Obtain a Return Authorization within 5 days of receiving product by contacting MotoAmore via email or phone, 831-438-2837.
Please provide the following information with your return:
- Name of product being returned
• Reason for return
• Your name
• Daytime telephone number
• Email address
• Proof of purchase
Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging. All components, manuals, and accessories must be included. MotoAmore inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet our criteria. For your protection, please insure the package and use a “traceable” shipping method.
