Mounting Data
Often we are asked about mounting over-sized tires, or how metric sizes differ from standard on classic scooters. So we mounted a lot of tires and took a lot of measurements. All tires were fitted to a regular, stock, Vespa 10 inch split rim. The same tube was used, and the tire pressure was set to 30lbs. All measurements are in inches with +/- 1/16” or 0.0625. More data will be coming.
